ibayar99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where information provided during registration is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. Winnings generated during any period of inaccurate account information may be voided.
In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) obligations, ibayar99 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing any withdrawal request or where the Platform deems verification necessary.

KYC submissions are reviewed by ibayar99's compliance team. Standard processing time is 24 to 48 hours from the time of complete document submission. During peak periods, processing may take up to 72 hours. Players will be notified via email upon approval or if additional documents are required.

All Account balances, transactions, and displayed figures on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ibayar99 does not apply currency conversion charges for MYR-denominated transactions.
Players may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable until applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full.
ibayar99 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending: completion of KYC verification; investigation of suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity; satisfaction of outstanding Wagering Requirements; or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
ibayar99 does not charge withdrawal processing fees for standard MYR withdrawals via supported Malaysian payment methods. Cryptocurrency withdrawal fees may apply and will be disclosed at the time of request.
ibayar99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms.
Wagering Requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be placed as bets before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x Wagering Requirement requires RM2,000 in total qualifying bets to be placed. ibayar99 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend Accounts where it determines, in its sole discretion, that bonus offers have been abused. Prohibited bonus activities include: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing bets that cover opposing outcomes to reduce risk while meeting Wagering Requirements (commonly known as "bonus whoring" or "matched betting" using the same platform), and coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional terms.
All bets placed on the ibayar99 Platform are subject to the specific game and sports betting rules applicable to each product, which are made available within each respective game interface or sports market. The following general betting terms apply across all products:
A bet is not considered accepted until it has been confirmed by the ibayar99 system and a confirmation reference is issued. ibayar99 reserves the right to void or limit any bet where a technical error, odds feed disruption, or suspected fraudulent activity is identified.
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were clearly published in error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "manifest error"), ibayar99 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the original stake to the Player's Account. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
Any dispute relating to a bet, game outcome, or account transaction must be submitted to ibayar99's Customer Support team via live chat or email within fourteen (14) days of the relevant event. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ibayar99 expressly excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business.
ibayar99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted by statute, ibayar99's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ibayar99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if: a Player is found to have breached these Terms; there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity; a Player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or ibayar99 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), ibayar99 may forfeit all Account balances, including deposited funds and winnings, where such forfeiture is consistent with applicable law and the nature of the breach.
